Order Processing & Verification

At gshopbuy.com, we verify and approve each order before it is shipped. This process may take several days, and while we strive to deliver your order on time, please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for unforeseen conditions such as severe weather or service interruptions.

Payment & Shipping

You will be charged for items once they have been shipped, including any applicable shipping and tax rates. We only charge for the items that are actually shipped to you. Upon shipment, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

Delivery Time

Delivery time encompasses both the processing time and the shipping time. Please note that this does not include potential customs delays, weekends, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Processing typically takes 1-2 business days after your payment is confirmed. We generally ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Methods

We offer various shipping methods to suit your needs:

Standard Shipping: Estimated shipping time of 5-10 days.
Express Shipping: Estimated shipping time of 1-5 days.

For shipping, we utilize UPS, DHL, FedEx, USPS, and ocean freight services.

Shipping Fees

Oversized/Overweight Packages: A handling fee of $20 per package will be charged for any single parcel weighing over 30 kg or with any side exceeding 120 cm.

Free shipping on orders over $269.

Package Weight: Shipping charges are based on the greater of the actual weight or the dimensional weight (Length × Width × Height ÷ 5000, in cm and kg).

Minimum Weight Charge: Packages weighing less than 1 kg will be charged as 1 kg.

Shipping Rate: $1 per kilogram, with a minimum charge of $4.

Additional Fees:

Remote Area Surcharge: An additional $5 per shipment applies to certain U.S. regions (based on the USPS remote area ZIP code list).
